About College of Veterinary Medicine

The predecessor of the college of Veterinary Medicine of Yunnan Agricultural University was the Department of Animal Husbandry, National Yunnan University, which was founded in 1950.The college focuses on undergraduate education, while actively expanding graduated education. In 2022, 949 full-time undergraduate students and 165 graduated students study in college of Veterinary Medicine.
